Couples gather in a supportive group setting to explore soulful intimacy, deep connection, and nervous system regulation. Through guided partner exercises, conscious communication, and heartfelt inquiries, partners learn to listen deeply to each other, embrace vulnerability, and build emotional safety.
The retreat offers moments of playful exploration alongside profound practices in presence, touch, and conscious relating. Shared meals and periods of quiet integration allow space to relax, connect with community, and honor both masculine and feminine energies in partnership.
