The experience at Sound Gathering is an immersive journey into the transformative vibrations of sound, silence, stillness, and movement. Participants will engage in therapeutic soundscapes through sound baths and music meditation, uncover the power of their voice through toning, singing, and collaborative sound experiences, and connect with primal rhythms to ground and energize.
The natural rhythm of life is explored through embodied movement, where sound and motion harmonize, fostering a deep reconnection with sound as a pathway to rootedness and renewal.
